We inspect your block, check levels, easements and council controls, and talk through the home you want, the number of rooms and the budget you are working to.
You get a fixed, itemised price and a build program. Once signed, we lodge the DA or CDC paperwork and line up materials and trades before work begins.
Your home goes up through slab, frame, lock-up and fit-out, with an update at every stage. We finish with a full walkthrough before handing over the keys.

Most single storey homes take around six to nine months on site, and double storey homes a little longer. Your quote includes a written build program for your project.
Many blocks in NSW qualify for a granny flat under complying development. We check your lot size, frontage and setbacks and confirm what can be built before you commit.
